Meet lindsey

Associate Photographer

Who are you?

I'm your typical millennial. I'm a Hufflepuff (I'm also an Enneagram 1 and an ISTJ if you're in to those things). In addition to being a full time journalism teacher, you can find me busting out graphic shirts from my basement sweatshop -or popsicle stand - depending on the season. When I'm off you can find me crashed out on the couch binge-watching some sort of thriller tv show that makes my mom go "ick" or engrossed in a book. Public sightings can be seen at the movies, theater, sporting events or whatever place my 10-year-old requested to go that weekend.

How would your clients describe you?

I promise to be fun-loving and attentive to your needs with a few sarcastic quips or dad jokes here and there. I will do whatever I can to make your day as fun and stress free as possible - including breaking out my teacher voice when required to reign in your drunken groomsman or chatty aunt who's holding up the family portraits.

This is Us

This is our love story. Now we can't wait to hear yours!

Like many modern couples we met online. I swiped right, he swiped right and a match was made. His first message was something along the lines of "Nice to meet a fellow bibliophile" and the conversation flowed from there. eighteen months later Michael proposed while we were both in our pajamas recovering from the flu. I said yes obviously and we got married in September 2020. I figured if we could survive lockdown we were endgame.

Marriage is choosing each other even on the hard days. It's finding the person who will sit through Broadway musicals with you without complaint and the person for whom you'll break your 36 year streak of never seeing Star Wars (because as I've been told Ewok Adventures didn't count). Most of all marriage is having your favorite person by your side for whatever ups and downs this crazy world throws your way.

I love first looks. Whether it's the first time the bride and groom see each other or when the father of the bride sees his daughter, those moments always tug at my heart. I also love the candid moments throughout the day when everyone is relaxed and enjoying themselves.
