Sara and Tim had a wonderful Crossroads Kansas City engagement session last week!
Whenever a couple mentions wanting to explore the Crossroads, I immediately freak since I'm not the well versed in downtown murals and street art. Thankfully these two had some places they were excited to explore.
I had a great time watching them love on each other, talk about horror movies, and make plans for their April wedding. Can't wait to celebrate with you two soon and watch you light up the dance floor! Here's your preview!
- Hear from the couple -
How did he propose?
I grilled some steaks and we ate dinner in the backyard. I lured her to the bonfire and she knew it was coming. She happily accepted. The kids had already given me permission to ask and were pressing me to hurry up and do it. It was cute.
Question for the bride: what do you love most about him?
Tim is always so giving of himself and his time. He has a heart of gold with a sarcastic, humorous personality that keeps me laughing. He is honest and handsome. Always there for a shoulder to lean on.
Question for the groom: what do you love most about her?
She always cares more for everyone else in the room. Shows every bit of compassion she has to everyone, even strangers. She loves to dance with me every chance we have. I love it when I make her laugh and she seems to forget everything else and it's just us.
What's your favorite part about wedding planning?
Talking to each other about why we love each other. Planning parties is fun. We are planning a moment that marks the beginning of a lifetime together.
What are you looking forward to most about your big day?
We are looking forward to dancing the night away with our family and friends. We are known to be on the dance floor busting all the moves. Dressing up to be the best looking in the room is always fun too.
