Jamie and Josh had a beautiful Faulkner's Ranch wedding on Saturday.
For the first time in forever, there wasn't rain in the forecast. Instead, we were gifted with a beautiful sunny day and 60 degree temperatures. Although I am partial to clouds, I can't complain because everything went absolutely perfectly.
This was my first time at Faulkner Ranch, and let me tell you, I am obsessed. This venue is incredible and truly has everything you could ever want from a wedding venue. The property has a beautiful outdoor area and even allowed us to use a golf cart for easy transportation. This made our lives so much simpler.
The day began with a lot of nerves and anticipation. Josh admitted to being extremely nervous, but those nerves soon disappeared after the first look. Jamie also had a first look with her dad and both moments were filled with so many emotions.
Jamie and John are the cutest. It was adorable watching how nervous Josh was before seeing his beautiful bride. I loved watching them interact and have such a great time together.
On top of all the fun natural light portraits, we finally were able to get a good sunset! I feel like I've waited a year to get a beautiful sunset at a wedding and the sky sure did deliver. I'm so happy I was able to capture these moments for them!

We fell in love with the outdoor space, the options, and our wonderful event coordinator!
What is your most valuable piece of advice you can share with future couples planning their wedding?
Delegate! If someone offers to help you, take it! I am a very type A person and usually like to plan every last thing. But I've learned in the planning process that it is less stressful if you have others helping you! Also, don't stress. Everything will work out/go accordingly... and if it doesn't, guests will have no idea anything went wrong so again, don't stress!
What was your favorite part of the planning process?
Getting to spend so much more time with family and close friends. With all the different events leading up to the wedding, I got to spend so much quality time with my loved ones. Also, the cake tasting!
