It's sunflower season! Yay! As a photographer, that means I am incredibly busy but loving every second. Grinter Farms is definitely my favorite place to hold sessions in late August/early September because the sunflowers are so huge. They're unlike anything you have ever seen. Known fact, sunflowers follow the sun. Little known fact, when they reach maturity, they always face east. See, you learn something knew every day!

We started at Magnatech Park in Tonganoxie. I had never been there before, but Taylor and Evan wanted some diversity to their engagement pictures. The park was beautiful and definitely gave us some stunning backgrounds. We moved on to Grinters and stayed until the sun had completely set. We were able to see an incredible sunset and get some night pictures while we were at it.
