Real Talk

I planned my own Kansas City wedding in October 2018 and fully understand how stressful it can be. It can quickly overwhelm you if you don't have a team you completely love and trust!

That's where I come in. I'm not just someone you hire with a camera who comes in and takes a few photos. I dedicate myself completely to each and every wedding. In addition to taking the pretty pictures, you're investing in my years of experience, my boutonniere pinning skills, and my ability to plan the perfect timeline. With hiring me, you're gaining piece of mind that you don't have to worry about a thing.

And, after photographing more than 100 weddings since 2014, I know what it takes to handle any situation that is thrown my way. Whether it be bad lighting, an uncooperative bridesmaid, or a hair stylist who is two hours late, chances are I've seen it and handled it.

For my standard package, you will most likely receive around 1000-1500 edited images. I guarantee 50 for every hour I’m there, but I overshoot like crazy. The average wedding receives closer to 100 images per hour. I can’t guarantee a certain number of images since all weddings are different, but trust me when I say, you will get a lot.

The most popular dates are in June and October. If you’re planning a wedding in one of these months, I typically book up about 15 months in advance. For May, July, and September, I recommend booking at least 12 months before. For April, August, and November, you will most likely be safe booking 9 months in advance. For December, January, and February, you’re ok booking 3 months before. I can’t guarantee any of these numbers, but this is what I’ve experienced from my years as a wedding photographer.

Yay! Can’t wait to work with you! A signed contract and a 25 percent retainer is required to officially hold the date. This is due within two weeks of verbally saying you want to book. After I get your go ahead, I’ll send you the contract. After you sign the contract, you’ll be emailed an invoice. Everything can be done online! Convenient, isn’t it?
