We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak seasons like spring and fall. Popular dates book quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we can secure your day.
All packages include high-resolution images, full print rights, timeline planning support, and an online gallery. Most couples book 8-10 hours of coverage, an engagement sessions, and highlight film.
For most weddings, 8-10 hours covers everything from getting ready through the reception events. If you’re having a longer ceremony or want us to stay all night long, we’ll help tailor the timeline to fit your priorities.

We’ve worked at 100s of popular venues throughout the Kansas City area, so there’s a good chance we have been to your venue before. If not, a lot of venues are similar, so we’re happy to show you a full gallery of a venue with a similar style.
We come prepared with gear and backup plans to handle any weather. Rainy weddings can still be magical—we’ll help you embrace the moment and make it beautiful.
Sneak peeks are delivered within one week. Full galleries are delivered within 6-8 weeks.
Yes. We carry full liability insurance and always bring backup cameras, lenses, batteries, and memory cards. Your memories are safe with us.
Definitely! We’re happy to share full galleries so you know exactly what to expect. Transparency is important to us.
Yep! $750 is required to book and the remaining amount is due by the day of. You can figure out your own payment plan based on whatever works best for you! Some couples choose to pay monthly while others make a couple larger payments.
We shoot with dual-slot cameras, meaning every photo is instantly saved to two separate memory cards. Once we get home, your images are backed up to both physical hard drives and a secure cloud-based server.
Absolutely. We believe love is love and are honored to document weddings for couples of all identities, backgrounds, and orientations. Everyone is welcome in front of our lens.
