Lowenstein-Park-Engagement-Session-27

Lowenstein Park Engagement | Jessica + Sean

Let me preface by saying I absolutely love what I do, but this weekend was rough. I was exhausted and really didn't feel like shooting tonight, but I should know the best way to get out of a shooting funk is to shoot some more. I had an absolute blast with Jessica and Sean at Lowenstein Park and now I'm fully energized to take on another week.

Engagement sessions really are the most fun, especially when I have such an amazing couple to work with. They were calm, comfortable interacting in front of the camera, and perfectly capable of breaking out into fake laughter. We were able to talk about wedding planning craziness, and Jessica is seriously on top of it. They don't get married until next September and I feel like she's more ready for her wedding than I am for mine next month...oh well.

We had an amazing time exploring Lowenstein Park. This is a hidden gem in Lee's Summit, and so perfect for engagement sessions. I'm so glad they chose this spot!

Thanks for hanging out with me and super excited for your September wedding. Hopefully we won't have 90 degree weather again 🙂

He proprosed on the beach at sunset when we went on vacation to Florida. It was a bit windy but it was still perfect.
