The Colonnade Wedding | Marina + Daniel
Last week, I had the pleasure of doing a super unique wedding! Marina and Daniel chose to elope at the Independence courthouse followed by a couple session at the Colonnade in Kansas City. They wore traditional African wedding attire for the ceremony, which was a first for me. I love the chance to experience unique cultures.

After the intimate ceremony (where I even acted as a witness), we turned the celebration into a typical couple shoot. These two were so fun and seemed to love the chance to interact naturally with each other despite the scorching temperatures. Thankfully, they were able to cool off in the fountain.
At the end of the session, I asked if they would be willing to run through the fountain for a few unique shots. They were on board. 10/10 recommend.

Thanks for choosing me for your couple session/elopement! Here’s your preview!
