The Colonnade Engagement | Brena + Ian
The Colonnade seems to be the popular spot for engagement photos and I couldn’t agree more. When I was discussing locations with Brena, she mentioned they wanted a place with greenery and bridges, but as soon as she saw images of Colonnade engagement sessions, she fell in love with the architecture. While this location does have some greenery, the stunning structure is what makes it a must visit location.

During the session, Brena and Ian mentioned they felt like they were doing a bad job. Well, here’s a piece of advice for all future couples. If you are having fun and loving on each other, it’s impossible to do a bad job. These two definitely delivered and you can feel the love in all the images.

– Hear from the couple –
How did he propose?
He proposed on top of the Westin Crown Center hotel overlook with a ring pop. I laughed so hard and thought it was cute. I said yes and then he pulled out the real ring and it was beautiful. With the KC Skyline in the background it made for great pictures.
