Marylena and Mason had such a beautiful wedding at the Mission Theatre and Greek Orthodox Church on Saturday.
I had never experienced a Greek wedding before, but it was so fun to watch as the different traditions came into play. I loved watching the Greek dancing at the end and tasting all the delicious Greek desserts. This entire post could be written about food. It was seriously amazing. Starting with the amazing feast from Plaza Catering and ending with delicious sweets, it was a reception that I will always remember.
From the moment I arrived, I could tell how excited Marylena was for her magical day. She couldn’t stop moving as she waited in anticipation for that special moment when she was able to see Mason for the first time. Once the ceremony concluded, all the nerves seemed to melt away.
It was clear how head over heels they are for each other. Mason couldn’t stop staring at his beautiful bride, and throughout portraits, he kept commenting about how beautiful she is.
Thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your amazing day at the Mission Theatre. From when we met for your engagement session to your wedding day, it was obvious how much you cared for each other. From random glances across the room to the pet names you call each other, it was an honor to witness your love.

Share your inspiration and the atmosphere you’re creating for your wedding:
We have some small Disney elements, we will be going there for our Honeymoon and (the bride) loves Disney! The atmosphere should feel happy and easy going like Disney does!
Share how (or why) you chose your wedding venue(s):
Mason really wanted this venue… I visited a handful of places, but we both really liked the theatre vibe!
What is your most valuable piece of advice you can share with future couples planning their wedding?
Don’t let what other people think make you second guess what you want
What was your favorite part of the planning process?
I loved dress shopping with my sisters and taste testing with the caterer!
