Emily and Alex had a beautiful Mission Theatre wedding on Saturday. Despite the heat, these two didn't stop smiling and having a blast with their favorite people all day long.

My favorite part of the day had to be the letter reading. Alex choked back tears the entire time, and after reading Emily's letter, he said, "I just love her so much." Cue the waterworks.

We wanted to create a relaxed and fun loving environment for all of our friends to get together and celebrate the joining of our two families.

Share how (or why) you chose your wedding venue(s):

Our venue, Mission Theatre, used to be a movie theater, so we are trying to incorporate some of that unique character and fun into our wedding / reception.

What is your most valuable piece of advice you can share with future couples planning their wedding?

Start early so you can spread out all the big decisions (and payments). Try your best to enjoy the whole thing!! Finally, seeing everything you've dreamt of become a reality.

What was your favorite part of the planning process?

Bride: My favorite part of the planning process was being able to meet all our wonderful vendors and work with them throughout the whole process.
