Melissa and Nick had a beautiful Plaza engagement session last week! For January weather, we definitely lucked out. I don't typically have engagement sessions this early in the year, but I can't complain. The weather was perfect and the couple was so fun to hang out with.
Melissa and Nick are the kind of couple that couldn't take a bad picture if they tried. Well, I find it hard to take a bad picture of any couple who has as much fun as these two did. Despite almost Nick almost throwing Melissa in the creek, they didn't stop smiling and laughing together. I'll save those bloopers for their private gallery though.😂
Thank you Melissa and Nick for hanging out with me for your Plaza engagement session! Here's your full preview!

How did he propose?
Nick's parents threw him a college graduation party at their house, all of our friends and family were there. He asked me to come with him to make a speech, which I though was odd (I just wanted to eat my pretzel bites and queso lol). Mid-speech, Nick mentions our future and his dad handed him a little box as he got down on one knee. It was wonderful, even my little brother cried.
Question for the bride: what do you love most about him?
This is hard. I would have to say that I love how determined he is. He is constantly trying to improve himself, whether it's at work or just as a person. No one asked him to, but he is always his best self.
Question for the groom: what do you love most about her?
He also said that this is hard. He says that he loves that I have the kindest heart out of anyone he knows and I balance him out well.
What's your favorite part about wedding planning?
Spending quality planning time with my mom, future mother-in-law and future sister-in-law.
What are you looking forward to most about your big day?
I can't wait to party with my family and husband on the dance floor.
Nick is excited for the chocolate fountain. (Elizabeth's note: same, Nick, same)
